Child's World Nursery School has operated as a non-sectarian, non-profit community service of the United Methodist Church of Port Washington, New York for more than 40 years. Child's World participates in the Universal Pre-K Program, under the authorization of the Port Washington School District. A parent cooperative, our school is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and licensed by the New York Office of Children and Family Services:

• programs for 3 - 4 yr olds
• a.m. separation program for 2 yr olds
• a nurturing atmosphere of acceptance and accomplishment
• spacious facilities with which to explore, experiment and create
• a staff of qualified, experienced teachers, trained in early childhood development
